Reservations

To reserve the property please follow the instructions on the website

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation

You will need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your reservation.

Please check that the details of your reservation are complete and accurate before you confirm your reservation. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance if you provide us with incorrect information.

We will confirm our acceptance of your reservation by sending you an email to the email address that you provide during the reservation process. The contract between us for the provision of your booking will be formed when you receive this email confirmation from us.

If you think that there is a mistake in your reservation or if you require any changes to a confirmed reservation, please contact us to discuss. For more information on cancellation, please see section Cancellation, below.

Payment

Full payment for the duration of your stay is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free. You may cancel your booking via the link in your confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive a refund.

Bookings not cancelled before the stay is due to begin will be charged at the full rate and for the full duration of the booking.

Check in and Check out

Self Check in from 3pm

Self Check Out by 10 am

During your stay

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning.
Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage

Pets

With cattle and sheep free to roam, we can’t accept dogs unfortunately.
